At doctorly I was responsible for over 40 hires and built the recruiting process from scratch, including co-founding a development subsidiary in South Africa. At Schütze AG I selected, negotiated with and successfully integrated nearshoring partners into large-scale projects, and introduced the Atlassian partnership, growing it to Platinum status.
